We believe in complete transparency regarding our service fees. All costs are clearly explained before you commit, and you'll always know exactly what you're paying for. Supplier costs for airfare, hotels, cruises, and excursions are separate and disclosed individually.

Required to begin services
This fee covers your professional travel consultation and initial assessment. During this session, we discuss your travel vision, evaluate options, and determine the best approach for your trip.
Non-refundable
Travel Planning Fee
Starting $150
Covers comprehensive itinerary design, destination research, supplier coordination, booking support, and ongoing communication throughout the planning process.
Refundable within 24 hours if planning work has not yet begun. Once planning begins, the fee becomes non-refundable as services have been rendered.

Important: Supplier costs such as airfare, hotel accommodations, cruise fares, and excursions are billed separately unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing for all travel components is provided for your approval before any bookings are confirmed.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Service Fees
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Once you pay for a consultation, the fee cannot be refunded regardless of whether you attend the consultation or proceed with travel planning.
Planning Fees
Planning fees are refundable within 24 hours of payment only if planning work has not begun.
Planning work is considered to have begun when we:
  • Start researching destinations, accommodations, or travel options
  • Contact travel suppliers on your behalf
  • Create draft itineraries or travel recommendations
  • Engage in detailed planning communications with you
If you request a refund within 24 hours and planning has not begun, we will issue a full refund of the planning fee. After 24 hours, or once planning has begun (whichever occurs first), planning fees become non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund of an eligible planning fee, contact us through our Contact page within 24 hours of payment. Include your name, payment date, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3-5 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
Travel Supplier Charges
Charges from travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) are separate from our service fees and are governed by the supplier's own cancellation and refund policies.
We do not control or guarantee supplier refunds. Supplier policies vary widely and refund eligibility depends entirely on supplier terms at the time of booking.
